Job Title: Assistant Community Manager
Pay Range: $24-$25 hour
Type: Temp Assignment
Work Schedule: M to F 8:30 to 5p with 30-minute lunch
Assignment Duration: unknown, until position is filled

Any required skills or qualifications: MUST HAVE Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Project Based section 8.
The ideal candidate will assist with leasing, resident relations, rent collection, compliance, and administrative functions while ensuring excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day property operations and resident services
- Support leasing activities, move-ins, and move-outs
- Process applications, certifications, and recertifications in accordance with HUD/LIHTC guidelines
- Maintain resident files and ensure compliance documentation is accurate and complete
- Assist with rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and reporting
- Respond to resident inquiries and help resolve concerns professionally
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Maintain property records and prepare reports as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing
- Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, and/or LIHTC programs preferred
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Experience with Yardi, OneSite
