Maintenance Technician
Location: East Hartford, CT
Type: 4-month temp-to-hire
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating, landscaping, and cleaning.
- Must have a car.
- Able to handle apartment turnovers and maintenance orders.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (turn projects).
- Perform emergency repairs.
- Trash removal and general cleaning.
- Landscaping.
- Order maintenance equipment.
- Maintain records.
Pay Rate: $22-$23/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
