Fiber Optic Assembly Technician
Concord, NH
$17-18/hr
M-F 7am-3:30pm ( flex on start time )
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials for production.
- Assemble fiber optic cables and components.
- Cut, prepare, test, package, and inspect products.
- Complete quality checks and required documentation.
- Follow work instructions and quality standards.
- Help improve manufacturing processes.
- Work with team members to meet production goals.
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Learn new tasks and processes as needed.
Qualifications
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to identify colors and patterns accurately.
- IT, electrical, or networking experience is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Able to follow detailed instructions and work carefully.
