Material Handler – 1st Shift
Pay: $22-24/hr
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform shipping, receiving, and material handling operations.
- Operate a company vehicle to make local pickups and deliveries, typically within a 5-mile radius.
- Use manual and mechanized equipment to move, transport, and position materials.
- Identify, count, verify, and organize items; stack materials on pallets or place them in designated bins.
- Receive and store incoming materials, including compounds and wire, for future use.
- Transport materials throughout the facility as needed.
- Handle and stack materials safely to prevent injuries and damage to products, supplies, and equipment.
- Check equipment fuel, lubrication, and coolant levels as needed.
- Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or unusual conditions to supervisors.
- Follow all established safety procedures and regulations.
- Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with warehouse processes required.
- Working knowledge of MRP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand, twist, and bend for up to 50% of the workday.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle for local deliveries.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
