Call Center Representative ($17-18/hour)

Healthcare company hiring for call center representative to handle patient accounts.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am or 8:30am start times available 
Requirements: 

• Medical Admin or inbound call experience or strong customer service background preferred 
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Help patients navigate their medical billing with compassion and professionalism:

• Handle inbound calls and make courtesy outbound calls
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances
• Assist patients with insurance-related questions
• Maintain detailed documentation of all communications
• Follow HIPAA, company, state, and federal regulations
