Human Resources Generalist

Watertown, MA
Hours:
- Monday- Friday; 9:00am – 5:00 pm
Position Duties:
- Assists with the recruitment and interview process.
- Assists with new employee onboarding.
- Maintains HRIS including new hires, performance programs, benefits, scheduling etc.
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Director of People and Culture.
- Assists with employee events and engagement programs including annual Holiday Party.
- Works with Payroll/Benefits accountant in uploading and maintaining employee files.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years’ related experience required.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as HRIS enterprise systems, specifically Paycom
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, including basic data analysis
Pay Rate:
- $30 – 35 / Hour Depending on Experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
