Certified Medical Assistant ($28/hr) – Orange, CT

6 month contract to start. Looking for a Medical Assistant for OGBGYN!

• Hours of EITHER 7:00a – 3:30p OR 8:30a – 5:00p
• Saturdays AND Sundays needed, typically every other weekends
• Sat & Sun start at 7:15 am, they could work anywhere from 3 hours to 6.5 hours depending on need.
• OT Eligible after 40 hours worked hits

Responsibilities:

• Competency in basic medical assisting skills. Including, rooming patients, assisting provider with exams, vitals, blood draws, etc.
• This role requires someone capable of adapting quickly, maintaining professionalism under pressure, and supporting smooth clinical operations. As well as being highly reliable and responsible with a strong record of consistent, on time attendance.
• Strong working knowledge of medical terminology.

Requirements:

• Active MA National certification or registration
• Must have phlebotomy experience
• 1-3 years in medical office experience
