Hiring for an Endocrinology RN for a healthcare clinic in Medford, MA.
Hybrid role (moslty remote with 1-2 days on-site in office and the rest of the week from home – training will be on-site)
2-3 month+ leave coverage role
Pay: $60-65/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am-4:30pm
MUST have prior endocrine xperience
Searching for an RN with Endocrine experience for in basket management for 2 Endocrinologists.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build therapeutic and supportive relationships with patients and families, providing education and managing care transitions
- Deliver patient care and follow-up in alignment with RN protocols, including medication administration and chronic disease management
- Conduct telephone triage, escalate concerns appropriately, and support the clinical team with ongoing care coordination
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of a State-approved school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted, license to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Up to date with current standard of nursing care in Specialty
- Computer experience with the ability to use word processing and spreadsheet programs

Electronic medical record (EMR) experience and/or aptitude to master the EMR based on other technology experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty
- 2+ years of RN experience
- Solid critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal and patient interviewing skills
- Ability to interpret clinical information, assess the implication of treatment and develop and implement a plan of care
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a rapidly changing environment with multiple demands
- Excellence in practice, documentation, and cost-effective care utilization. Maintains high patient satisfaction
