Patient Service Representative ($21/hr) – New Haven, CT

This is a completely onsite role!

• Centralized call center scheduling appointments for busy community health center

Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Update patient information into compute system.
• Scheduling patients into available appointment openings for a multitude of specialties / locations
• Verify insurance information
• Strong working knowledge of medical terminology.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in medical office experience
• Dependability / reliability to adhere to daily work schedule
• Positivity / courtesy / professionalism when working with internal colleagues and patients calling in
