Maintenance Technician – HVAC Certified
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Temporary | Start: ASAP
Duration: At least 2 weeks
Location: On-site
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, and masonry.
- Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment turnover/preparation.
- Maintain grounds and property curb appeal.
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs and participate in on-call rotation.
- Provide professional customer service to residents.
Requirements
- HVAC certification required.
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a diverse group of people.
- On-call availability required.
