Fleet Coordinator
Location: Hooksett, NH (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Compensation: $27/hr
About the Role
The Fleet Coordinator supports the Asset Management team by managing the offboarding process of vehicles and coordinating logistics to ensure fleet readiness. This role involves overseeing reconditioning, compliance, and vendor relationships to maintain an efficient and high-quality vehicle lifecycle.
Responsibilities

Manage vehicle readiness through reconditioning, maintenance, and compliance.

Coordinate transportation logistics with vendors and internal teams.

Track vehicles from off-rent to available status.

Assess vehicle condition and manage damage bill backs.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Collaborate with Maintenance, Bodywork, and Account Management teams.

Ensure asset quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications

Experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or logistics preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
