Maintenance Technician
Location:
Westborough, MA
Available Shifts: M-F 7am-3pm
M-F 11am-7pm
Position Duties:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on buildings and equipment.
- Perform inspections and painting jobs as needed.
- Change light bulbs and perform basic repairs.
- Use a handheld device to receive and update service requests.
- Ensure scheduled maintenance is completed at required intervals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Trade school preferred.
- 2–4 years of related experience.
- Knowledge and experience with painting, light repairs, and general maintenance.
Pay Rate:
- $25-27/hour depending on experience
