Order Entry Customer Service position

Hours:
- Full time hours
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00am – 4:00pm OR 8:00am – 5:00pm
Job Duties:
- Enter customer orders into internal systems with speed and accuracy
- Review order information for completeness, pricing and product availability
- Communicate with customers, sales teams and warehouse staff to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor order status and follow up on backorders, shipping delays and special
- requests
- Maintain accurate records of orders, changes and cancellations
- Generate order confirmations, invoices and shipping documentation as needed
- Assist with inventory tracking and reporting to support order accuracy
- Support administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements
Pay Rate:
- $24 – 26/ hour
…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
