70+ unit complex in Passaic
We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in building maintenance
PART-TIME: 3 DAYS/WEEK 8:30AM – 2PM M/W/F 16.5 HOURS/WEEK, SOMETIMES MORE.
Techs are responsible for Turnovers and Maintenance orders
- Hands plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
- Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal
- Ideally someone with affordable housing /REAC inspection experience but not required.
- Schedule is M-F 8-5 with an hour lunch + They must participate in the emergency on-call rotation every 3rd week for the full week

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
