Maintenance Technician
Location: Attleboro, MA
Hours: M-F 8am-4pm ; on call 1 week every 3 weeks
Job Description
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Complete painting and unit turnover work
- Handle basic plumbing repairs
- Perform minor electrical repairs
- Respond to resident maintenance needs
Job Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Maintenance or construction experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and transportation required
- Must be available for on-call and arrive within 30 minutes when required
Pay Rate:
- $24/hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
