Position: Principal Software Engineer/Architect
Location- Hartford, CT- NYC- Charlotte or Remote
Salary-$160,000

Primary Responsibilities

• Define and own cloud and AI architecture
• Lead Azure platform engineering and migrations
• Architect AI/ML and generative AI solutions
• Drive enterprise data platform on Microsoft Fabric and Azure
• Lead delivery across multiple programs
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance
• Partner with business stakeholders
• Mentor engineering teams

Qualifications
Required:

• 10+ years software engineering experience
• 5+ years architect experience
• Deep Azure expertise
• AI/ML experience
• Data platform experience
• Strong programming (C#/Python/SQL)

• Preferred
• Insurance or financial services experience
• Azure certifications
• Leadership Competencies
• Strategic thinker with hands-on technical depth
• Strong communication and ownership
