• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (occasional weekends for resident events)
• Pay: $21–$22/hour DOE 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Property Manager with daily property operations
• Assist with leasing, apartment tours, applications, and lease execution
• Manage resident relations, move-ins/move-outs, and resident files
• Process rent collections, deposits, and account updates
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up
• Help maintain occupancy, resident retention, and overall resident satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of onsite multifamily apartment experience preferred
• Previous experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Assistant Community Manager, or strong Leasing Consultant ready to advance
• Strong leasing, resident relations, and property operations experience
• Experience with property management software (RealPage, OneSite, Knock, or similar) preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Luxury/Class A multifamily experience is a plus
