Medical Assistant
(Temp-to-Hire)

Hours:
- Tuesday – Friday 8:00a – 5:00p
- 1 Saturday per month
Responsibilities:
- Directly support physicians and nurses with patient examinations and clinical procedures, including the operation of specialized in-room electronic equipment
- Coordinate and guide patient flow for providers, greeting patients and escorting them into exam areas efficiently
- Obtain relevant patient information, accurately take vital signs, and enter pertinent clinical data into electronic medical records in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, equipment, and supplies according to department protocols, ensuring proper cleaning and upkeep
- Ensure telephone calls are triaged appropriately, advise patients on exam preparations, and keep individuals informed of visit status or delays
- Act as an advocate for patients, assisting in resolving their concerns and addressing inquiries with care
- Provide additional office and clerical support, including maintaining accurate documentation and performing other related duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant Diploma
- BLS/CPR certification
- EMR experience
- Medical assisting experience preferred
Compensation:
- $22-26/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
