Summary: Responsible for receiving, shipping, and controlling inventory to ensure accurate, efficient handling, storage, and distribution of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials.
- Prepare and ship orders to international and domestic clients, including packing, labeling, and staging products for delivery.
- Assist with receiving and shipping hazardous materials, including lithium-ion batteries, in compliance with HAZMAT requirements.
- Pack and unpack medical equipment such as ultrasound and CT machines.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking stock locations, processing requests, and resolving discrepancies.
- Verify product SKUs before sending materials to the manufacturing floor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Break down boxes, remove trash, and support general housekeeping.
- Complete required reports and enter data accurately.
- Assist with inventory audits.
- Communicate and coordinate with production, engineering, shipping, and accounting teams.
- Complete required training timely and certification exams.
- Wear a dosimeter when working near radiation-emitting devices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of warehouse or stockroom experience preferred.
- Experience with medical equipment or complex products preferred.
- HAZMAT Lithium-Ion Battery certification required or must be obtained.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Great Plains or SAP preferred
