Residential Counselors ($20-23/hour)

Wellness center hiring for residential counselors.
Multiple shifts open:

• Open shifts:
  • Saturdays & Sundays 6:30 am-6:30 pm or 6:30 pm-6:30 am and 2 week days with shift of 10:30 pm-6:30 am  **SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL PAY**
  • Weekday Evenings (2 days) 2:30p-10:30p and Saturday and Sunday 6:30a- 6:30p or 8:30a-8:30p
  • Weekday Overnights (2 days) 10:30PM -6:30 AM and Saturday and Sunday 6:30 PM -6:30 AM or 8:30 PM-8:30 AM

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Age 21 or above as per state regulations and standards.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred 
• Possess the characteristics and experience to collaborate with and provide appropriate care to residents, gain their respect, guide their development, and participate in their overall treatment program;

Responsibilities:

• Oversee physical care of residents.
• Development of acceptable habits and attitudes for residents.
• Management of resident behavior.
• Assist in meeting the goals and objectives of any required service plan.
• Responsible for guidance and supervision of the residents/children to whom assigned.
• Responsible for the coordinated supervision of the residents to include but not limited to continued awareness and ability to give an account of each resident location upon request.
