We are a leading distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products serving customers throughout New England. Following our recent expansion into a larger warehouse in Weymouth, we’re looking for an organized, dependable Inventory & Warehouse Specialist to help maintain inventory accuracy, support daily warehouse operations, and ensure customers receive their orders quickly and accurately.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, physical inventories, and regular stock reconciliation.
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Process shipping and receiving documentation while ensuring inventory transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Assist with purchasing by coordinating with vendors and tracking incoming orders.
  • Organize warehouse inventory to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist with local deliveries when needed.
  • Work closely with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or a similar role.
  • Experience with fasteners, industrial hardware, or MRO products is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Comfortable using inventory management or ERP software.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
