Hybrid Medical Biller
Type: temp to hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hours a days
- Very flexible, they can make their own schedule. ex: 8am-4pm, 9am -5pm, 7am-3pm etc
- Hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of medical billing, ICD-10 coding, insurance processes, and revenue cycle principles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter physician charges, ICD-10 codes, and modifiers into the billing system.
- Verify and maintain patient demographic and insurance information.
- Ensure billing data is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Monitor, follow up on, and resolve denied, rejected, or underpaid claims.
- Post patient and insurance payments according to EOBs and manage refunds/payment adjustments when necessary.
- Respond professionally to patient inquiries regarding balances, statements, and billing questions.
- Partner with front desk staff and other departments to resolve account concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Assist with coverage, special projects, process improvements, and other administrative duties as assigned.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
