Are you a polished administrative professional who enjoys supporting a fast-paced sales team? We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to a busy sales office. - 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to a team of Sales Representatives
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to sales team emails professionally and efficiently
- Prepare customer quotes and process sales orders
- Obtain pricing information from vendors
- Assist Sales Leadership with reports, projects, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Customer service experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experienced candidates without a degree will be considered
- Stable work history with demonstrated longevity (2+ years at recent employers preferred)
