Patient Access Representative
Location: Boston, MA
Pay: $22-$24/hr
Description:
Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm
Requirements:
- Must have experience as front desk admin role, requiring amazing customer service and patient interaction.
- Experience in a medical office is a plus.
- Must have epic experience.
Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for coordinating appointments, as well as handling patient check-in and check-out processes.
- The ideal candidate is compassionate and comfortable working with a sensitive and complex patient population.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
