Customer Service Representative

  • Full-time | Onsite – Waterford, CT
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately
  • Track orders and provide order updates
  • Resolve customer questions and issues
  • Support the Sales, Production, and Shipping teams
  • Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records
  • Learn and utilize the Styeline ERP system
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • ERP experience preferred (Styeline a plus)
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
