Patient Access Coordinator

Hours:
- Monday – Friday 7:00a – 3:30p
Responsibilities:
- Greet, check in, and check out patients while delivering exceptional customer service and managing front-desk flow
- Handle basic appointment scheduling, verify patient identities, triage phone calls, and explain clinic timelines in patient-friendly terms
- Guide patients through standard registration forms, medical releases, and portal enrollments
- Utilize clinic systems and manage the distribution, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of patient-use iPads
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA) and adhere to Joint Commission standards
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- High School Diploma required
Compensation:
- $24-26/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
