Temp to Hire
Location: Onsite Worcester, MA
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Friday 9am-5pm
Payrate: $22-$24
You will assist the Property Manager with the day to day aspects of the property.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Lease apartments and qualify prospects
- Prepare move-in paperwork including lease documentation
- Retain current residents and prepare renewal lease documentation
- Process invoices
- Conduct market surveys
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Resolve resident complaints
- Enforce property rules and policies
Qualifications:
- 2 years in Property Management or the hospitality industry is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Able to work independently while the Property Manager is out of the office
- Must be reliable
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
