Type: Temp assignment with potential for hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am -5pm
Pay: $22/hr
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and vendors to the office.
- Distributes visitor/contractor badges. May also distribute badges to temporary employees and loaner badges to employees.
- Administers facility security program to guests.
- Receive and forward all incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond or forward inquiries from the General Website Inbox to the appropriate party. Schedule hoteling space.
- Assists in the timely distribution of incoming mail and packages.
- Prepares Federal Express and UPS mailings (or individual labels), as needed, including dropping packages at the 1st floor drop box, and scheduling package pick-ups, as necessary.
- Facilitates the scheduling of Iron Mountain pick-ups for the Human Resources department.
- Assists in coordinating routine facility maintenance requests with the landlord.
- Generates and places supply orders for the Human Resources department.
- Provides administrative support, as required.
- Secures and unlocks the corporate lobby on a daily basis (M-F).
- Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required, associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional reception and/or customer service type role within a corporate office environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word & Excel)
