Hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Wakefield, RI

Pay rate: $25-30/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
Requirements: 

• High School diploma
• 5+ years AP experience – strong preference for healthcare background
• Detail oriented
• Conscientious
• Dependable

Responsibilities:

• High volume invoicing – 300 weekly
• The position is responsible for the processing and payment of the Hospital and affiliates accounts payables.
• The maintenance of the accounts payable records and reporting and the accounts payable daily processing and month end processing functions.
• The position will be involved in cross training and coverage for the Payroll Coordinator.
• Other responsibilities include various clerical functions in the department as assigned
