Accounting Clerk – Contract-to-Hire
Location:
Andover, MA
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain financial/accounting data accurately
  • Support bookkeeping and general ledger tasks
  • Process invoices, payments, and related documentation
  • Review records, identify discrepancies, and assist with basic issue resolution
  • Work in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding account updates and inquiries
  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and general accounting/clerical tasks
  • Ensure accuracy and data integrity across systems
  • Support additional duties as needed

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent education/experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping, or data-heavy clerical experience
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and general ledger concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • ERP system experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
  • Comfortable in a structured, high-volume, process-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and manage repetitive tasks consistently
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Pay Rate:

  • Up to $25/hour depending on experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
