Position Overview
Seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience while supporting day-to-day recruiting operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communications, travel arrangements, background checks, and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare offer letters, interview schedules, and new hire onboarding documentation.
- Support recruiters with candidate screening and administrative recruiting activities.
- Serve as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative experience.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and accountability.
