Law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience to support attorneys handling complex business litigation matters. Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all phases of complex business litigation matters
- Prepare, organize, and maintain case files and litigation documents
- Coordinate and support trial preparation, including exhibit preparation, witness materials, trial binders, and courtroom logistics
- Assist with deposition preparation, scheduling, summaries, and exhibit management
- Assist with electronic discovery including document collection, review coordination, and production
- Draft and file court documents, including pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and correspondence
- Maintain court calendars, deadlines, and case schedules
- Coordinate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Conduct factual research and assist with document review and analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience required
- Experience supporting attorneys with trials and depositions
- Strong e-discovery and document management experience
- Experience preparing exhibits and trial materials
- Ability to draft court filings and legal correspondence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in complex business litigation strongly preferred
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience is a plus
