Medical Receptionist

Pay: $19-23/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:45 / 9AM – 5PM

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience as front desk in medical setting / patient service representative
• Experience with Practice Fusion / Epic preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out patients
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
• Provide customer service to patients
• Complete patient registration
• Schedule patient appointments
• Complete insurance verification and eligibility 
• Process and collect co-payments
• Provide administrative support
