Job Title: Sales Support/ Order Entry
Job Description:
Temp to hire
M-F 7am-4pm or 8-5pm.
$24-30/hr
- Enter customer orders into internal systems with speed and accuracy
- Review order information for completeness, pricing and product availability
- Communicate with customers, sales teams and warehouse staff to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor order status and follow up on backorders, shipping delays and special requests
- Maintain accurate records of orders, changes and cancellations
- Generate order confirmations, invoices and shipping documentation as needed
- Assist with inventory tracking and reporting to support order accuracy
- Support administrative tasks and contribute to process improvements
