HR Generalist

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000

A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a variety of human resources functions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers on employee relations and performance management
• Administer leaves of absence and support benefits programs
• Conduct investigations and assist with employee disciplinary matters
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation
• Support recruitment activities and ATS management
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 6+ years of Human Resources experience
• Experience with employee relations, leaves, investigations, onboarding, and benefits
• Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• SHRM certification preferred

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Approximately 20% local travel required
