Full-Time | $65,000 – $70,000/year
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted partner to management and employees across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Support full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Partner with managers on staffing needs, performance management, and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist with employee inquiries, investigations, and disciplinary processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting
- Support training and development initiatives
- Perform other HR-related duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- SHRM certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
