Maintenance Technician
Location
- Boston, MA
Hours:
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Position Duties:
- Ensure American Institute of Baking (AIB) standards are maintained.
- Adhering to all safe work practices while working efficiently with minimal direct supervision.
- Performing heavy and specialized cleaning task throughout the building and grounds.
- Assist Facilities with equipment maintenance & lubrication, filter replacement, motor replacement, v-belt replacement etc., as needed.
- Landscaping tasks (grass cutting, weed trimming, snow removal, spreading of ice melt, etc.) when necessary
- Completing facility upkeep, painting, and other building repair tasks.
- All other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Three or more years of cleaning and sanitation experience.
- Food industry experience preferred
- Good writing and verbal communication skills.
- Cleaning and sanitation skills with 3 or more years of experience.
- Mechanical and/or Electrical skills are a plus.
- Excellent time management skills.
Pay Rate:
- $25 – 27/ hour – Depending in Experience
