The Litigation Paralegal supports attorneys across a wide range of litigation and employee benefits matters, with a focus on complex issues that often arise in corporate and construction-related disputes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling detailed documentation, and assisting with matters that require strong organization, discretion, and follow-through.
Experience in the following areas is preferred:

Construction-related client matters.

Complex liability and ownership issues involving multiple business entities.

Withdrawal and contribution disputes.

Bankruptcy-related issues that overlap with employee benefits or collection matters.

Timeliness and enforcement-related defenses.

Recovery of delinquent contributions from active employers.

Matter support involving highly technical or regulated subject matter.
This role requires someone who can work closely with attorneys, manage sensitive information, and help move matters forward efficiently. A strong candidate will be detail-oriented, responsive, and able to handle a mix of litigation support tasks and issue-specific research or document preparation.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High school or equivalent.

Five (5) or more years of experience working as a Paralegal in a related area of law

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and format complex documents and spreadsheets.

Strong proficiency in Docusign and Adobe.
