We are looking to assist a client with locating a Corporate Recruiting Specialist. This role will support the recruiting process for the corporate and Distribution center functions of this well known company based in South County, RI.
This person will be responsible for managing the recruiting process for various positions. They will post jobs, review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and must be able to assess skills and cultural matches.
The position will be based in North Kingstown, RI and be 8:30-5, M-F. At least 3 days in office in NK – maybe more first couple of weeks during training. They are working on non people leading roles across all business areas. UKG experience a plus or another HCM. Need to know how to interview various levels of positions, and get a sense of their work ethic, integrity, and overall cultural fit. This company looks for someone who can manage internal and external relationships well.
