Warehouse & Inventory Team Lead
Location: Burlington, MA
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm
Job Description:
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, adjustments, and ERP/WMS transactions
- Handle shipping, receiving, storage, and movement of materials/products
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, etc.)
- Monitor expired/obsolete inventory and support warehouse organization/process improvements
- Maintain safety standards and support daily warehouse operations/team leadership
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of warehouse experience (medical device preferred)
- ERP/WMS experience required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 required
- Leadership/training experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties
Pay Rate:
- $34/ hour
