Executive Assistant

A growing international law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior partners in an add to staff position. This position will offer an opportunity to shape the role while contributing to the growth of the team and its culture.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong experience supporting senior-level professionals. Candidates should also be willing to collaborate and flexible as they support a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain complex calendars, meetings, travel, and client communications.

  • Support new client onboarding by managing documentation, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring smooth setup.

  • Assist with client relationship management, including maintaining contact lists, preparing materials, and coordinating outreach efforts.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for business development and marketing initiatives.

  • Review and manage billing drafts, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with finance teams on invoices and collections.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Prepare partners for meetings and deadlines by organizing materials, handling logistics, and ensuring priorities are met.

  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Contribute to office operations and culture by participating in initiatives, events, and collaborative efforts.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience supporting executives or partners in a professional services environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to take on evolving responsibilities.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid

Compensation & Benefits:
The anticipated salary range is $85,000 – $1500,000
