Temporary Leasing Specialist – Affordable Housing
Location: Bridgeton, NJ
Pay Rate: $22/hour (flexible)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a Temporary Leasing Specialist to support an affordable housing community in Bridgeton to cover a Maternity Leave. This role will assist with daily operations, resident communication, and compliance-related tasks.
Seeking someone who is able to start as soon as Monday 4/27
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to resident inquiries
- Enter and manage work orders
- Assist with application intake and leasing support
- Help process annual Recertifications (LIHTC/HUD/Section 8)
- Maintain accurate resident files and documentation
Qualifications:
- Prior leasing or property management experience required
- Affordable housing experience preferred
- Recertification/compliance experience a plus
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to start immediately
