Recertification Specialist – $25/hour

We have partnered with a national property management company who is looking for Administrative help for a 200 unit apartment complex in Jersey City

This position will pay $25/hour with a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri.

 This role will assist with daily operations, resident communication, and compliance-related tasks.

We are looking for a fully bilingual Spanish speaker, the majority of our tenants are Spanish speaking

Seeking someone who is able to start a ASAP
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and respond to resident inquiries
• Enter and manage work orders
• Assist with application intake and leasing support
• Help process annual Recertifications (LIHTC/HUD/Section 8)
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation

Qualifications:

• Prior leasing or property management experience required
• Affordable housing experience preferred
• Recertification/compliance experience a plus
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to start immediately
