Security company seeking a dependable, strong communicator to support their fast-paced service department and coordinate technicians in the field.
Customer Service Representative
Location:
West Yarmouth, MA
Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
(One-hour unpaid lunch break: 12pm – 1pm)
Position Duties:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls per day
- Enter overnight service emails into ticketing system
- Schedule and coordinate service calls
- Prepare annual commercial inspection reports
- Communicate with field technicians to keep jobs on track
Position Requirements:
- Reliable — consistent daily attendance is critical
- Strong phone etiquette (professional & compassionate)
- Comfortable with Excel, Word, Google Earth, and service systems
- Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass a background check
Pay Rate:
- $25/hour

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
