Pay Rate: $24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
On-Call Rotation: One week every three weeks, including snow removal as needed
Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to assist with apartment turnovers, routine property maintenance, and upkeep of grounds and common areas. The ideal candidate has experience with light plumbing, painting, minor repairs, and general building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Apartment Turnovers: Prepare apartments for new residents by completing cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
- Painting and Preparation: Perform painting and prep work, including cleaning smoke stains from walls when necessary.
- Light Plumbing: Complete minor plumbing repairs, including fixture replacements.
- General Repairs: Perform basic carpentry and very minor electrical repairs.
- Grounds and Common Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and outdoor spaces, including landscaping and snow removal as needed.
- Routine Inspections: Inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas to identify maintenance needs, potential hazards, and safety concerns.
- Maintenance Communication: Report larger or more complex maintenance issues to management for follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hands-on maintenance experience.
- Experience with painting and light plumbing.
- Ability to perform apartment turnovers, minor repairs, and general property upkeep.
- Basic carpentry skills and the ability to handle very minor electrical repairs.
- Reliable personal vehicle and dependable transportation.
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including snow removal as needed.
- Comfortable performing all aspects of painting preparation, including removing smoke stains from walls when necessary.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
