Maintenance Technician

Hours:
- Monday – Friday 8:00a – 5:00p
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, ensuring requests are responded to and resolved in an efficient and timely manner
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to all common areas and units, and prepare vacant units for occupancy
- Perform any necessary carpentry, tiling, electrical, plumbing, and appliance maintenance
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community areas daily to maintain curb appeal
- Communicate and interact with staff and tenants in a courteous and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Residential Maintenance Tech experience (3+ years)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical
Compensation:
- $20/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
