Hours:
- Monday – Friday 9:00a – 6:00p
Responsibilities:
- Handling the new lease process from initial tour to move-in, including meeting and greeting prospective residents, conducting property presentation, application processing, closing, and leasing signing
- Maintaining adequate inventory of leasing and tour documentation, preparing lease and move-in paperwork, performing weekly market survey reports, and following up on leads to ensure all questions are answered
- Performing daily inspections of the tour route and property curb appeal, including all model units and staged apartments
- Delivering customer service, generating resident service requests and assisting with general lease questions
- Tracking supply levels for office essentials and move-in items, coordinating reordering as needed to prevent shortages
Qualifications:
- Leasing experience (2+ years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Compensation:
- $20-21/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
