Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Respond to prospective residents by phone, email, and in person.
- Schedule and conduct apartment tours, follow up on leads, and assist with rental applications and lease signings.
- Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and leasing documentation.
- Maintain accurate applicant, resident, and leasing records.
- Provide excellent customer service and address resident questions and concerns.
- Support daily office operations and the Property Manager.
- Use ResMan or similar property management software to manage leasing activity.
- Follow fair housing regulations and company policies while working toward occupancy and leasing goals.
Requirements
- Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Experience with leasing paperwork, rental applications, and resident relations.
- Familiarity with ResMan, Yardi, OneSite, or similar software preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
