Maintenance Technician
Location: Asbury Park, NJ
Type: Temp- Atleast 2 weeks
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements:
- 3+ years of residential maintenance technician experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical.
- Strong skills in carpentry, tiling, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
- Must have own tools.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant maintenance service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues.
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community areas daily to maintain curb appeal.
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
Pay Rate: $20/hr

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
