Property Administrative Assistant
Type: Open ended temp, would consider perm for the right person and if they have Affordable/Fair Housing experience (not required for just temp)
Location: Lorain, OH
Temp Pay: $20-23/hour
Perm Pay: Up to $21/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM – 5PM
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative assistant in a residential setting
- Experience with RealPage or other property management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Affordable/Fairing Housing Cert preferred
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet tenants in a professional manner
- Compose and type all correspondence and documents
- Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and vendors
- Log all resident complaints and promptly dispatch maintenance personnel
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Maintain files and paperwork
- Work independently, organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects
- Perform other duties as needed
