Production Team Lead
Location: Marlborough, MA
Pay: Up to $38/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
Supervise and support production employees
Assign daily work and ensure staffing coverage
Monitor production and solve problems as needed
Train new employees
Enforce safety and quality standards
Help improve processes and reduce waste
Keep accurate production records
Communicate with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of manufacturing experience
1+ year in a lead or supervisory role
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Basic computer skills
Preferred
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (ISO, FDA, GMP)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
